Very good And ASHTONISHINGLY Mouth watering tangadi Kabab and chilled varied beers' selection . 

I would like to suggest a few feedbacks although ;

2 feedbacks for your kind reference AS a regular  guest  pls:- 

1) please kindly look into that the  Wifi net be pls  made available in restaurant  as mobile and data network is inefficient  at this  prime location. 

2) Atleast 2 a.c.s in Assawad may be please made available at once if 3 and/
or  more tables are progress  at once  as the Aaawad/Garam Masala  restaurant's  sitting  area is  larger and quite expansive.

Exemplarary restaurant service & mouth water food.

Stayed in Motel Visava after a gap of 20+ years. Back then, the Motel had a sprawling lawn, beautiful garden and large open spaces. Now it is what the locals like to call "Higway Touch". Because it is literally in contact with NH17 Highway! Room No. 207 has no view to speak of. The windows are sliding with single walled glass. So, no noise isolation. Poor quality sleep due to constant vehicular traffic just outside the window. To be fair, the room was clean, if only a bit small. Seemed to have been sanitized.

No sleep for the weary

We are regular visitors to this hotel. It is a good hotel with good food . This time also we had good food and service was upto the mark  But we are very much  shocked to see that no proper sanitization protocol as per Govt. guidelines and WHO guidelines is being followed by the management. During Service, our service personnel was wearing mask but not all the staffs were wearing Masks. Not a single restaurant service staffs were wearing face shields, as well!!!  No sanitization of tables and chairs was being undertaken after the guests finishe with food and leaves the table. We did not stay  in hotels accommodation  but I am quite sure that the Sanitization protocol might not have been followed at all by the hotel management for rooms also as per our experience during dining. Hotel Management should follow SOP laid down by the Govt. and WHO.

We have been regular guests at this beautifully decorated hotel since April2012 till date. Recently we went post diwali vacations during regular konkan tour to our native place at sindhudurga. It has come to my notice that they have removed Steward category from their restaurant section and all are now waiters only may be they have been demoted??? other thing which had come to my notice is that their Garam masala section air conditioning is  not efficient enough for the large floor space index of restaurant although the rush in restaurant was very much limited that also during November month which is not at all a hot season.  They must do something about this aspect. Rest food quality is good but it is not the consistent taste what they used to provide us.... Would check next time around when we visit again in days to come.Rooms are well maintained again they must improve their in room air conditoner units as well as 1 ton splits in standard ac. room are not sufficient especially when they do not have HVAC and/or VRF systems installed and existing ac units which  are already may be old by more than 8  years may be.....

Slow degradation in facilities and service class

It's a good hotel..neat and clean.staff is co operative..Deluxe rooms are good. The best part is their restaurant Garam masala which serves very delicious veg and non veg food..Good option for one night halt.

Good option to stay on the mumbai goa highway.

I was bullied by Manager Pinto and a healthy security guy over parking. I parked the car where they mentioned and the manager closed the counter to satisfy his ego. Misuse of authority and incorrect example to other staff. The Manager also dared me to give this experience in newspaper as a single customer did not make any difference to the hotel. Poor Experience..

Its the best in the class hotel, Courteous & well behaved staff, Great facilties, we had access to hot tap water even at night, Good food, comfartable rooms....

Money's worth !!!

The hotel room was surprisingly clean and spacious. Toilets were perfect.
This hotel is value for money in this region of Raigarh Maharashtra.The in-house restaurant in the hotel serves very tasty food. The take away counter which is open only during day time is prefect place for breakfast.

Very nice hotel with descent amenities and services

I would stay here again. Service was great at both the motel and the non-veg restaurant (Garam Masala) just off the lobby.  Lunch & dinner: I shared several items with my associates (American & Indian).  Everyone agreed that lunch/dinner is fantastic. One of my Indian associates told me breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. The room (Deluxe suite) was comfortable, but a little dirty/worn. The decorative pillows and furniture could use a good clean. The bathroom was clean, the bed was great, and the air conditioning was great as well. My room faced the Mumbai-Goa highway. At times the traffic was a bit much, but I slept very well.

5 night stay

I use to always feel this Motel is a passerby stop for a quick bite and a bio break. This time in November I took a halt in this hotel for a stay. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely cordial. The rooms were cleans and well maintained unlike others in this area in particular. It was acutely economical. The food taste was nice. Being very close to the highway still the noise of the vehicular traffic didn't bother our night sleep. Highly recommended for a night halt.
