The Hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The manager, Swagat., was brilliant. He allowed us to have our room for 4 hours extra with no charge, organised our luggage transfer and taxi. He ensured our stay was stress free. Those stating no hot water should understand it is common to leave shower to run at least 10 minutes to allow it to come through; this seemed common in most hotels we stayed in. We came back to this hotel at the end of our touring trip and the manager arranged early check in too for no extra charge. The roof top terrace is very basic but it's a place to relax but bring your own beer although they will send staff out to get you beer as no official bar. Thank you to the staff and Swagat.
