My recent business stay at The Connaught New Delhi - IHCL was truly delightful and memorable. This charming boutique hotel has a lovely cozy, vintage feel that sets it apart from larger properties. The ambience is warm and welcoming, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. The small swimming pool and the outdoor area are especially charming, intimate, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. We also enjoyed our stadium view room, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. Yes, the rooms are slightly on the smaller side that would be the only minor negative but the staff more than make up for it with their exceptional service and attention to detail. A special thanks to Mr. Robin at the Front Desk for his excellent service and genuine friendliness. He ensured a smooth check-in and was extremely helpful with our room allocation, making sure we were comfortable despite our specific requirements during a business trip. We are equally grateful to Mr. Anil, the Concierge Manager, who was consistently helpful and proactive. His support with room preferences and assistance throughout our stay was outstanding. In the restaurant, Ms. Icy deserves special appreciation for her warm hospitality. Always responsive and smiling, she ensured every dining experience was pleasant and seamless. Overall, what truly defines The Connaught is its people. The team’s dedication and hospitality elevate the experience far beyond expectations.
