Clarks Hotel

Situated at the top of the Mall Road... Right in the center... If Mall road is a km long... this Hotel is right in the middle.. The hotel provides the very scenic beauty that Mussoorie is known for. The staff takes care of the guests. The owner asked us to opt for the Room No. 1A... with two connected rooms... Was traveling with mom and she has a bit of pain in her knees... so there could not be a better option to stay than this... You walk out of the Hotel and roam on The Mall road... All shops are right there... The best eating joints are just 50 meters walk... Parking space was available at that time... My car was stuck behind some other guest's car... so owner had sent his driver and car to get my mom, wife and 1 yr old kid... as mom was finding it tough to come uphill after a long walk on the Mall Road (Special thanks for that)... You will feel here to stay for more and more days. Room: Best views of Mussoorie. Room no 1A, 1 and 2 are the best with a balcony and bamboo chairs.... Heard they are installing a lift soon... If you don't have issue climbing the stairs and are traveling with friends and kids (say about a group of 4-5 couples)... opt for room on top floor, which has a private lobby sorts... with amazing view of the valley... you can bring in your own liquor and have a party sorts over there... Overall, amazing experience... even when this was the 5th visit to Mussoorie, we loved it... My next stay in Mussoorie would be at a 5 Star property, but even then, i will go and stay for at-least a night at this Hotel... Just so i could walk around The Mall Road and have the delicious food around... be that Omlet, chinese, or food at the cafe right across the Hotel...
