Bracknell Forest Resort is like a beautiful oasis surrounded by nature's wonders. The place is super clean and has lovely heritage architecture  buildings that fit perfectly with the lush green trees and plants all around. It's so peaceful, with birds singing all day long.
The resort team, led by Mr. Baiju, is amazing. They treat each guest really well, making sure everyone feels special and happy during their stay. The food in the resort's restaurant is fantastic, especially the yummy dishes from Kerala.
Staying at this resort feels like experiencing the best of Munnar and Kerala's hospitality. It's a top pick for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature.

The location is fantastic, offering a refreshing ambiance. The atmosphere was Calm and peaceful. The smell of Cardamom will infuse you in morning. Service was great. The room balcony has a great view. Food at the restaurant is great, especially continental..

This place is a perfect get away from hectic and city life.. unbelievable sceneries from the room.heaven on earth. Staffs were awesome and their service was incredible.hats off to Mr Byju(Mgr) for providing us such a magical experience.

It was a very good experience in this hotel. I really loved the meals especially malabarry chicken curry.  Even the French fries are so good with a cup of coffee or tea. The rooms were clean and tidy. The scenory was pleasant. The staffs are so friendly and helpful.  This is situated near tea plantation. It was awesome. 

We had a wonderful stay at Bracknell Forest. Excellent hospitality and good staff. All are very supportive and addressed and resolved all our queries very quickly. Full marks for cleanliness and food quality. We do activities like plantation walks and bonfires we enjoyed a lot. The property is very well kept and the rooms are very neatly equipped. The attitude and friendly smiling faces of all the staff make the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall very nice and comfortable stay enjoyed myself with my family.
Will repeat - Yes sure
definitely recommend it for a family vacation.

The location and Bracknell Forest Resort lived up to the reputation. A combination of a few factors made this memorable for us. Fantastic location, a super attentive and kind team, and wonderful food. Special mention to Mr. Baiju, the reservation process couldn't have been more smooth and professional, he was kind and gracious to answer all my questions. He resolved some reservation concerns I had and he ensured that all my questions were answered - his attention to detail and customer service had a tremendous impact on the quality of our entire stay. 

Special mention to Mr. Siju and Mr. Muthu extremely friendly and knowledgeable people who made our trip worth remembering. Our housekeeping attendants Sojan, Mansoor, Rajeev, Akash, and Manu went out of their way to ensure our room was neat, tidy, and an inviting environment that made us feel calm and well-rested the day ahead. Special thanks to the chef, room service staff, and the gentleman leading from the front. Kudos to you all and keep up the great work! it ended up being the most fantastic vacation that I ever had. Thank you, Bracknell team. Can't wait to visit again )

Good place to stay in Munnar. Resort and Room is neat and  clean. Mr.Baiju and staff is very friendly and cooperative. Food is also good.
Resorts is located near tea garden. 
Mr. Baiju arrange candle light dinner very nicely we enjoyed our stay alot.

Situated in the outskirts of proper Munnar, this quaint resort is atop a scenic hilly terrain.  Just a few minutes walk on the meandering road uphill from the resort, one arrives at a tea plantation with scenic overlooks.  In this picturesque landscape, the resort offers a quiet stay, free from the traffic noise typical in an Indian town/village.  Rooms are clean and comfortable with scenic balcony views of the valley.The restaurant at the resort offers primarily local cuisine with a wider menu of Indian flavors.  The staff is welcoming and is consistent daily with gracious hospitality.

we get to try some authentic kerala dishes too !

"Blissful Haven: Bracknell Forest Resort Review

We stayed here for three nights in the month of December 2023. The weater of Munnar was quite amazing since it was drizzling a bit. The property of the hotel is too small, there's not much to explore, but the service and hospitality of the staff is quite top notch. There was campfire with music everyday at 8 pm. Since there's not more than 4-5 tables in the restaurant, there's limited spread for the breakfast. But it gets compensated by their hospitality and services. The staff is also courteous and yes it suits there tagline about sounds of nature, where you will feel that indeed you're staying the forest itself, with good view of the forest from the balcony.

A beautiful day with bracknell forest

Gracious Resort Hospitality overlooking the Munnar Valley

Excellent service, highly recommended for families. The hospitality of the resort especially the staff who were extremely friendly was amazing. We had the most fullest of our staycation only because of this resort. Food was amazing and in total the resort was neat and tidy at the same time staff were available readily on call. There is a naalukeattu inside the resort which was very pretty the view and the campfire were astonishing experiences.Strongly recommended.
