Always look for the room that has the mountain view. Room rates are very reasonable 

Beautiful view, nice and comfy rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. They wanna make sure you're having a good stay.
A big plus for me was that the breakfast were a mix of western and Indian alternatives (toast and jam, omelette, idly and some curries)

GOOD PLACE , FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN & HYGIENIC ENVIRONMENT

Very friendly and helpful staff

Done booking through make my trip for holiday package. First day was complete disappointment. Hotel is too far from Munnar and it was under construction. There was no reception, room was dirty, linen was horrible. There was staff of 2 people to attend guests. There was no restaurant to order food. Only positive area for this resort is its in middle of mountains. At night it gets scary.

Mess(make) my trip

When we booked this hotel, they said we can cancel the booking 24hrs prior to check in date without any charges. However due to unfortunate circumstances we were not Able to go and informed them at least  a week ago. The guys were rude and unhospitable. And did not process the refund and same holds good for cleartrip.

Liars

i visited this so called resort in 26-27 march 2015. first it should not be called in Munnar as 25 km away. i wonder why they called it resort as there is no reception , no restaurant. they served food in room. room was not at all clean. if u are travelling with your family , it is dreadful place to stay. totally isolated.
