Pamba Inn - A Wandertrails Stay

We had such a wonderful family holiday time here recently! We were 13 people in total including my family, my parents and my in-law’s family. Pamba-Inn had 3 large clean AC rooms that could accommodate 9+ people easily, rest of us slept in the AC rooms within the houseboat that was anchored right in front of the resort whole night – it was a such a nice experience! Renil and the entire crew members were so friendly and hospitable. Food cooked by Sreekumar was so delicious! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the Duck roast, Appam, Pork fry and the local delicacies. Evening boat ride to the “vattakayal” and the panoramic sunset view was spectacular! Late evening party time in the recreation area upstairs was really enjoyable with great food (a variety of “touchings” and dinner), drinks and Karaoke music! Next day’s houseboat ride was so memorable! Freshly cooked lunch with Karimeen and Konchu (you get to buy fresh catch on the way) was so delicious! The entire property can be booked for yourself during your stay, so effectively you get to use the entire resort and houseboat facilities with full freedom and they cook meals just for you and your family according to your taste and preferences! That’s certainly a different kind of experience compared to staying in large upper-class resorts. And the whole thing comes for an affordable price range! I would certainly recommend the stay in Pamba-Inn and the houseboat ride in Pamba-Rani to everyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Alleppey!
