Had a Wonderful stay at this place ! What makes a stay awesome is the courteous behavior of the Staff ! Staff was willing to help from the bottom of their heart and were happy serving all the guests there ! 
Especially Thank You Mr R. K Nair who can speak multiple languages including Marathi That helped  get rid of the language barrier.
10/10 from me and a must place for everyone !

For me it was an ideal place to stay with  family for two days including houseboat.....
main highlight is food served in houseboat where really tasty specially seafood items.... i think they are specialized in seafood iteams

We booked this oyo hotel online and only for one night, as we had to reach the next destination on next day. Thus we booked only the hotel for stay and not the househoat.  The hotel rooms are good. Neat and clean with all facilities that we found in other oyo hotels. The location of the hotel is on the bank of sea (backwater) at the end of the road i.e. at finishing point. Stay was good.

In the morning we got complimentary breakfast. That day it was turn for idly. 3 piece idly with sambar, chatney and one cup tea/coffee was in the menu for that day.

As we had hardly 2-3 hours to spend on next day, so instead of booking a journey on cruize, we preferred a house boat on rent for 2 hours and enjoyed a lot.

At the end, the only negative point is its entry from main road. It is very small and at a distance. Our innova could not reach upto the hotel. However, the hotel staff were very cooperative and helped fully, so we did not face any problem or uncomfortable situation.

Staff were friendly and price was reasonable, very close to the lake and they have a houseboat for rent if you wish it. There were not many amenities on site like restaurant or transportation but they could get you a taxi on call if needed. Though breakfast was included had a long wait to get it due to small dining room.

Good price, but very few amenities

Honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The hotel is located down a narrow side street which is hard for cars to access. When we got to reception we were greeted by the manager. He was rude, pretentious and everything seemed too much trouble for him to deal with. As long as they had the money they didn’t care how they treated you. We were asked to pay up front and the staff tried to charge us AGAIN for the full amount, even though we had paid a deposit, which they clearly hadn’t made a note of. We went up to the room, through a dirty staircase (no lift) where there were dead bugs and dirt. We got to the room which was a decent size but the bathroom wasn’t great. The shower was still wet from the last people who had used the room and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The soap was watered down and the tap wasn’t fixed on properly. We had a lake facing room with a decent view and the double bed was ok. Internet access didn’t work and the staff took a long time to sort it, and we had to remind them but when it did work it was quick. We asked for an extra bed 5 or 6 times with them only bringing it up when it was ‘night’ as apparently we didn’t need it before that. It was only a matress on the floor with a small fleece blanket. Dinner was sourced from an outside restaurant and when we ordered we were told half of the things weren’t available, yet when we cancelled the order, staff came to our room to tell us the food actually was available obviously wanting some extra cash. Thankfully we only had to stay one night and we definitely would never stay here again.

Poor stay!

I alongwith my family, relatives and friends which include about 28 nationals from abroad had a day trip in Trium House Boat on 13th Dec. Sorry to record that the services were very poor and the whole trip was without the services if a proper guide or supervisor. The management did not keep their words regarding services and ither facilities.   We are not satisfied with trip.

No guide ptovided. No anniuncement or music. No responsible toyr operator present in the biat. No welcome drink served..
