OYO Rooms Sector 45

The name of the hotel has been changed to "OYO 10928 Uday Residency". We have stayed at this hotel for almost 15 days. The hotel has provided us complementary breakfast (2 Aloo prathas and tea) in time. Whenever we requested for the cleaning for the room, they happily did that. Towels and bed sheets were changed as per our request. There were plenty of TV channels but it lacks English channels. The Air-con is old but it works well. Bathroom size and flow of water in the bathroom was good. There is a common balcony at almost all the floor. The drinking water is kept in refrigerator and replenished regularly. Pillows were relatively higher but it is still ok. Booking through makemytrip or oyo may be cheaper. There are a direct bus to and from Huda Metro Station. There are few food stalls (for Kulcha, tea, sugarcan, etc) within 200 meters. This place is just besides the road (between sector 45 and 52). The area is relatively safer in night. The hotel has security cameras at all the important area. This makes a bit relatively safer. 1) There is no lock (from outside) in many rooms or they may have 1 master key. We did not get the keys but in our opinion, the items in rooms are safe due to cameras. 2) The area has very limited option for food. Need to walk/take auto to go to Artemis hospital to have more choices of food. 3) Swiggy or Zomato can deliver at room but they are sometimes stopped at the reception. Guest may have to go down to collect the food. 4) The cost of food at hotel is relatively high, e.g. Tea costs INR 30, etc. 5) No lift, may be difficult to climb for senior person or kids or with heavy bags. Overall, very good stay at the hotel. Hotel staffs and owner were very friendly and accommodating to our request. Will definitely stay here again, specially on business or trips with friends.
