7th Heaven Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stays here. The approach through the forest builds expectations and when you reach the property at the side of the lake you can't be disappointed.. There are two single story blocks housing the accommodation and a double storey building on the site of the original property which houses the dining area. The rooms open onto a balcony facing the lake providing a great vantage point to enjoy a cup of tea whilst watching the wildlife. Web took the pedals out for a trip across the lake and waved at the children living at the side of the lake. The room was comfortable with a good sized bathroom. An additional power socket would have been helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the food - dinner and breakfast. Staff were attentive and welcoming as well as informative about the property and the wildlife. We were sent on our way with a freshly picked papaya!
