The stay and food was good. Service was quick and all the foos items were delivered in time and quality and taste was also good. Would recommend for veg pizza and nachos should be must in your list for either dinner or lunch. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and Omkar Pawar was very helpful with all the items we asked for

Very nice hospitality service. Gentle and Cooprative Professional staff. A delight ambience. Especially Rupali given the BEST Service. Food was really delicious. On order food service was very quick Inspite of heavy rush during peak Season of Holidays.

Our overall experience was excellent.  The suite we stayed in was well provided and spacious. Service was fast. Breakfast had a great variety of food items and was sumptuous. Yhe ambience of the rooftop restaurant in the night was beautiful. Will recommend to my family and friends

Ajit, Rutuja, Ekta, Deepak, Mayur were fantastic. Sagar Chef's Food preparation were Awesome and out of the world. And above all Sujay Patil was on the top. He was very very helpful and cooperative. Polite Nature and very very well behaved.

I would like to share my good experience at restaurants,
Ms. Nasen , Ms. Parmeshwari, Ms. Pratiksha and Ms. Pratidnya’s service is good.
The meal is very tasty and price is reasonable.
So I want to use this restaurant again and invite to my friend.

Food & ambience is very good & tasty.
Service is also nice. Both veg & non - veg food is very nice. We were served by Parmeshwari, she gave nice service. All serving staff is very co- operative & helpfull. Must recommended hotel. We loved the food & ambience. Thanks.

Parmeshwari provided very good service and has a very good and friendly nature n good sense how to deal n talk to a customer. A no doubt 5 out of 5. Good ambiance and taste too clean, good staff and service by other people too. Location of hotel is also good.

Simply awsome, i had gone to kolhapur for the first time and my visit was from 20th - 23rd jan 2023. Citrus is The BEST, loved the room we were given on 2nd floor next to the gym, it was recently renovated. Absolutely clean and awsome interior. Though my first reaction was it's smaller than what it was looking in the pictures. But still it turned out to be just the best. The staff there right from people at the reception to the Resturant, room service, Big thankyou to eaxh and everyone for making our stay so comfortable.Not to miss the breakfast buffet was delicious, amazing huge spread, flive counters etc just how it should be. Also not to miss the Sky Zone resturant on thier roof top is toooooo good. Worth the visit, kids loved it. To upbeat, honestly i didnt expect a place like this in kolhapur.
For all those who are finiky like me about hygine and clean washrooms this newly renovated room was perfect. 
Again thanking each one there for your hospitality and making our stay so comfortable in a new city.
