Hotel is nice to stay.  Rooms are clean. Clean linen. Washroom size is good and neat and clean. Hotel has its own parking and power backup. Food at hotel restaurant is good in taste. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. They also provide pick up and drop from hotel to ban ganga and vice versa. Room service is fast. 

Lovely budget hotel away from hustle & bustle of katra city

neat and clean hotel. rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. fresh linen, polite staff but a little lazy. you need to remind at least twice for anything you need. food is tasty and  quantity is also good. hotel have parking facility on premises. a little away from main market around 10 mins walking distance. they provide paid pickup and drop to and fro Ban Ganga check post.

Neat and Clean Budget hotel

Misbehaving staff I have ever met. worst services ever get. No respect for d coustomer. Not on to their words. A never recommend hotel. Please be careful on their promises. Please take everything in written if u wanna visit.

M frequent visitor of this hotel hotel is jear to railway station and rooms are neat and comfortable staff is also very friendly and helpful the will recommend to all to stay in this hotel to maie your trip comfortable 

Best hotel in katra

Pleasant  stay .statf were very helpful and vinay sharma  reception very good nyc staff very cooperative staff Room was nyc and clean .it was quiet spacious as well .the staff is also cooperative .polite and very friendly

The hotel has very shabby rooms. No hygine is followed. No amenities are provided in the hotel. They charge extra for early check in too.The rooms were very dirty and their beds are also not comfortable at all.

Shabby Hotel

Very warm and helpful staff here. The rooms are decent as per the price you pay. since we had been here for mata darshan, we were aware that we won't stay here too long. but still the washroom had running hot water and thats something very important during winters. decent room and clean atmosphere. good veg food served in the room. overall a thumbs up to this hotel. will recommend it if u r looking for budget hotel.

Good clean food and decent stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My stay was very comfortable here. The staff was very helpful and also helped me about timings and other stuff. Hotel was very comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and spacious too. The hotel was clean. The room was clean too. The bathroom and toilet are attached and it is spacious enough. There is a geyser in there too. So hot water specially during cold weather was available. Food was good and it was priced reasonably.

I enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend this hotel again.

This hotel is suitable for a family near the railway station katra. Staff was courteous & prompt and helpful specially Mr. Vinay sharma, Sunny Singh, kulwinder singh was so corporative Wif was good enough. They have pick-up and drop facilities from railway station and bus stand.

very Good hotel for family stay and pocket friendly too

Hotel Today Katra location was wrong on Goibibo booking voucher as it is not on Railway Road and no sign board that this hotel is in a small untidy gully with no proper approach road, so that you cannot track if you are coming late night and not even safe for families. It is a fraud hotel who charge customer for not even checking in to the hotel.They never accept their address is slightly wrong which is off the Railway Road through a small unsafe gully, hiding far behind the buildings of Railway Road.

If you fell in their trap after booking on Goibibo, due to incorrect address, you are not able to locate the gully in which this hotel is, you won't be able to check in and they don't refund your booking amount and Goibibo support this fraudalent activity.

Better stay way from Hotel Today and Goibibo.

Goibibo is also a fraud and not fair by not posting the content that I wrote in above last two paragraphs of my review on their Goibibo website.
