Location is very good. Just on the railway station road. A old hotel is remodeled and it is looking good now. All basic facilities like safety locker, mini fridge, bath slippers, kettle are available in the room. Working table and sofa helps you to relax. Prefer room from 1 to 7 to get main road view.

It was really enjoyable and cool stay i had experienced at Jalgaon. I had booked this hotel on arrival it was good location and convenience for me because easily available transportation and most visit able area from the hotel locations. I had enjoyed good time at hotel too great services from the hotel made me so comfortable and relaxing stay, cleaning of the hotel nothing bad i felt. Every staff member was co operative and helpful i found. Room which provided to me was really good, beautifully decorative, nice sleeping bad it was clean and relaxing. Ground staff of the hotel i found attentive at their work. It was very nice stay out.

Hotel location walkable form jalgaon station. Parking available at outside of the hotel, rooms are okay and maintained. Come to the breakfast part, breakfast are limited and only three to four items. Cleanliness of the plate, glass and cup must be check . I would recommend this hotel.

We were here for lunch and a business meeting. Highly recommended by locals, Silver Palace lures you with excellent service, spacious seating, delicious cuisine and a pleasant ambience. A good option for lunch or dinner in the city of Jalgaon.

I went to the business trip and stayed in this hotel. The stay was comfortable. Not bad I would say. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They can work more on hygiene otherwise rest was good. The room size was also decent.

Clean , Hygienic premises . excellent food . Suit rooms are not having wardrobe . Bathrooms are very average.  hotel wifi is very bad. Complimentary Breakfast is average.

Great option for those who are travelling by train as the hotel is hardly 300m from the railway station. I have stayed here multiple times on business trip and I must say its by far the best place to stay in Jalgaon. Their food on demand is amazing! I prefer the suite option which gives me ample space to make the stay feel like at home. Rooms are large and spacious with above average furnishing. Breakfast spread is limited and average compared to the main course. Staff is polite and courteous.

A GOOD BUSINESS HOTEL

Located walking distance from the station this is definately amongst the bigger hotels in Jalgaon. Rooms are nicely lit & furnished. Bathrooms could have been designed / maintained better. However all in all it is a nice hotel with an attached restaurant. The restaurant food is decent however service needs to be vastly improved. They got me the wrong dish. Decent place to stay nonetheless in Jalgaon.

Decent place to stay for a short stay

We had gone today 25th July 2019 to Hotel Silver Palace for Dinner, as my health was not good so i requested that i wont be able to have dinner at Gents only section because of Alcohol smell.
Hotel needs to understand that due to health reason one should be allowed in family section. Even after letting them that we would be ordering just fruits or light food they behaved in rite manner with us.
This is terrible experience for an outsider in Jalgaon city.

Staff very rude

To be honest, this hotel experience was one of my worst ever.
Only some of the points:
- Wifi did not work. Staff did not care about that, did not try to solve the problem.
I was on a business trip and needed Wifi.
- In front of my room and in the entire hotel noise until late after midnight. The hotel is built like a noise amplifier. I do not know which persons are living outside the rooms but inside the hotel making party all the night.
- Noise again starting before 6am
- Room, bed, breakfast tables and bathroom were very dirty.
- I ordered only a cup of coffee for breakfast. It took 25 minutes until I got it. Staff did anything else but not preparing breakfast. At 07:40am it was still under preparation.
- payment with credit card did not work, not with Visa, not with Mastercard.
Never again!
Most important for me inna hotel is that I can sleep. In this hotel sleeping was possible for about 3 hours only.
