Good ambience, excellent service by courteous staff and great dining experience
Had a pleasant stay though it was brief, will definitely be staying here again on my next visit which should be quite soon

Amazing experience! Had a great stay and loved the food at their Restaurant by the name Manbhawan. The rooms were very decent and we were very satisfied with the service and the Great clips salon which they had was a bonus for us.

One of the best hotel in Himayat Nagar Hyderabad.
Rooms are enough spacious and well maintained with safes in room.
Staffs and reception people are helpful. It is on main road and connectivity is very good.
Food is also very delicious. Suitable for solo as well as family travellers 

Rooms are very spacious. Bathroom is also of good size. Found food items are priced high. Parking space is also sufficient. Best part is hardwood floors in the room. Basic necessities like fridge, tv etc are available.

We booked 6 rooms in "The Platinum" for our guests. We mentioned before hand on how many kids and adults would be checking in.
Checkin process can be better. As our guests were from Chennai, English was the only language for communication. That was a bit of a hassle. 
 Rooms were neat and clean . Rooms were ready by the time our guests checked in.
Location wise it is situated strategically in the Himayat Nagar area, close to Birla Mandir, TankBund, Lumbini Park, NTR gardens and Necklace road.
We preferred to eat at Chutneys right across the road, so can not comment on the Food Quality. 
Room service is good. We asked for extra bed and it was arrange at a cost which is reasonable.

Loved the stay

The Platinum Hotel, Hyderabad 

We stayed here 3 nights with family. Rooms were nice. House keeping is not satisfied. we had a  water clogging problem in the bathroom and after several times called the maintenance then only came. Every day you need to ask for the bathroom amenities to change. Very careless service. In contrary, The restaurant and the Food is really awesome. We loved and enjoyed the taste. The management should focus on the service quality.

Not upto the mark

It is located in the heart of city and the rooms are spacious and ambience is good. It is giving amenities like free wifi and parking, breakfast. It looks like a office not as a hotel. The staff are polite and food taste is ok. Both ac and non ac rooms are available. Transportation to Airport and railway station is available.

Solo

I found a very un-hygienic washroom, they management has no concern to keep the washing area tidy. Toilet seat in worst condition, smelling like hell. I recommend all to boycott staying at this place.
