We booked the hotel for our daughter's birthday party. It was a nice experience. Food , decoration , services , everything was so perfect. Special thanks to Mr Naresh for organising this event so well. 

Awesome is the word for this property.

The hotel is well placed with limited parking. The rooms are fine ,clean and well furnished . The breakfast is good but the surroundings are moderate and lawn is too small. The staff is cooperative.  Overall experience was good.

There's a amicable atomsphere to greet you,in my opinion it is the best 3star hotel in Kaushambi Delhi-NCR region, I have been a resident of Kaushambi for more than 7-8 years still this place is unmatchable.
Thier hospitality is really amazing, all the staff if very polite and there to serve thier best to you at each and every time you knock the door:)

Perfect Place To Schedule Wedding Anniversary!

Stayed 7 nights in a room with natural ventilation. Satisfactory working AC and Wi-Fi. Located at a walking distance from Hotel Radisson Blu at Kaushambi and to the Metro Station. Staff are courteous and attentive to guest needs. The best part is the complimentary breakfast that I enjoyed each morning. Travelers should opt for room with complimentary breakfast (hoping that the Hotel shall maintain the variety and quality served). Have seen group of aged morning walkers coming in for availing breakfast.
Overall, it is good for all those who are seeking a value for money stay at moderate cost.  

VALUE FOR MONEY STAY WITH GOOD COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST

Clean rooms and good food. Minor inconveniences were easily corrected. Staff was respectful and helpful; going out of their way to assist. Affordable hotel. Venue for hire with outstanding decorations done by staff.

Felt like home

To start with lets be clear that Hotel Blue Stone is not a holiday resort.  

It's a budget friendly reasonably comfortable hotel with very good food.  Blue Stone is convenient if you need to be in the Kaushambi area or nearby.  There are several large hospitals so for those who are medical 'tourists', it is certainly convenient as it is for business visitors on a light pocket.

We stayed here as part of  a wedding party group recently.  Our room was a little bit cramped but not uncomfortably so.  The bathroom looked tired but was  clean and spacious with a bath tub and plenty of piping hot water.   The mattress was not firm and needs replacing.  The view was of an empty open plot at the back, inhabited by a lot of cows!

The food at the restaurant was very good especially the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a good variety of Indian fare.  In particular the palak pakodas were the lightest, tastiest such pakodas I have ever had.

The staff were efficient and friendly.   A good range of newspapers were available.

To sum up, while the Blue Stone is certainly not the first choice for a holiday hotel, it is safe and value for money at a budget price for anyone who needs to be in this part of Ghaziabad.

Blue Stone is in the same block as the Radisson Blue.  Basic convenience stores, chemists etc are available just across the road.

Reasonably priced if you need to be in Kaushambi

After reading good reviews booked the hotel for a overnight stay.
Reached hotel by cab , no bell boy at reception even after 20 mins when nobody came I myself carried my luggage to the reception.
Room service ok with average food quality.
Was suppose to take a early morning flight so booked a drop cab at reception till airport .
Was suppose to leave at 2.30AM, bt no cab turned up..after numerous call to the person assigned for the job by hotel , he finally picked up the call in half sleep mode and said no driver available.
Was devastated by such unprofessional attitude.. it was raining and where to find a cab at that hr, finally called a local friend somehow managed to reach airport on time.

Hotel staff was not taking it seriously when enquired.
Overall bad xperince.dont wish to stay again.

Very Pathetic

There was no bar or social area in this hotel so you are pretty much confined to your room. I went to the restaurant in the evening to have a meal and I was the only female in a packed restaurant full of men which was very uncomfortable. Needless to say, I choose to order room service instead. 

When I went down in the morning to have my breakfast, the service was appalling! There was nothing set up for breakfast even though it was 7.40am! With my persistent enquiries about my breakfast (before a day full of sightseeing), I was eventually given a cup of coffee and some toast (see photo!). That was it- nothing else was offered to me. 

The service here was appalling and I would not stay here again- this was disappointing given my excellent experiences in other hotels in India. 

The only positive was the food I ordered for room service was excellent.
