Hotel J Maariot

Very Cosy and neat Rooms with all the basic amenities like Refrigerator, Tea/Coffee Maker etc., This hotel,has become one of our favorite and we choose to stay here whenever we visit Erode without any second taught. The latest visit to this hotel was on Feb 24th and this time it has become more favorite for us, because of the friendly staff there. I booked through Makemytrip and by mistake, I made the booking for March 25th instead of Feb 25th. We realized our mistake only when we were about to check in. We were worried and we thought that the only possibility and the staffs in the reception, they made us relax and asked us not to worry and they can do the adjustments for us and asked us to inform the same to Makemytrip. They even allowed us to Check in, even before we called Makemytrip. And I need to appreciate Makemytrip for giving us immediate solution without no delay. If it would have been some other Hotel, definitely they would have asked us to cancel that booking and to re-book for the current date, which would would have caused us to spend some extra money.
