Food is very good..little far from mall road which is not accessible by walk..but view is very good..sarswati one of the stuff is very nice and polite..one bad thing RAT inside the room.rest experience good

nice cozy rooms with good view and warm and beautiful ambiance ..good food .excellent momos and coffee ,good library ...walkable distance from the main square mall ..easily accessible by vehicles  esp very easy to go for morning walks and evening walks ....

BEST FAMILY HOTEL WITH GOOD VIEWS  AND HOMELY COMFORT

We stayed here for 4 nights and did really love it. They looked after my wife and me very well. The invite to the roof for Diwali Fireworks was quite special!

Great value it must be said. Comfort for a very reasonable price. 

There are lots of people working hard for this hotel but think in a few months there will be a bit more coordination between the staff and what needs to be done.

we stayed at Hotel Aliment 3 years back and had very beautiful Experience there. Beautiful view from Rooms, this hotel  one of few hotels situated in top of Darjeeling city. so you can get beutiful view of city and surrounding from hotel terrace.

Very peaceful area with great kanchanjunga mountain view . I love this place to stay in my holidays. This hotel is situated near T.v tower and only 8 minutes walking distance from mall chowresta which is called heart of Darjeeling . I recommend this place for those guest who is looking for peace with go o.j. d mountain views .

Great mountain view .

I had a lovely big room. The bed was extremely cozy and clean. It's really cold in Darjeeling but the thick blankets kept me warm as toast.
The family running the hotel are lovely and helpful with travel tips, booking taxis and so nice to talk to.
The hotel is high up with the most amazing view from the roof and is quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Darjeeling.
I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely family run budget hotel

A mild hotel, dirty sheets and the smell of moisture, a disgusting carpet that hasn't been sucked in for a long time, no hot water or only 10 minutes a day (when the staff decide to turn on the electricity but that's why you have to ask), never Wifi in three days here (weather problem apparently, except it's very sunny and all the restaurants in the area have internet without worries), the laundry that makes me laundry with 24 hours of delay and soaked, and on no excuse on their part... and above all, especially the least professional staff in the world! 3000 rps a night too expensive for so much service and quality.

A wonderful stay

We spent five days in this mountain village staying at the food hotel. We had the best possible experience in this guest house. The rooms are simple. Hot water available. Wifi is quite good. But what we will note most is the quality of the hospitality. For if you bother to go to this family who does not want to be in too Michel, you will discover exciting places, loving to share their culture, their knowledge and their simple and delicious cuisine. We felt at home thanks to their kindness. And we will definitely return there.
