Nana was so welcoming, and went out of her way to offer us an upgrade after a last minute cancellation allowed her to offer us an upgrade from the basement to the 4th floor. She facilitated the change by actually coming to our initial room and then meeting us with the new keys on the 4th floor for the new room. Only negative was the fact that the water leaked under the shower doors and made rather a mess. But we would definitely come back! Very cozy, and nice that they offer a happy hour (although we arrived too late to take advantage of it. Thank you Nana!
