Everything was very easy to deal via email. Fast respond, friendly attitude and easy to fix everything. If you are travelling with kids, use the T6 room. That is actually a two-room-apartement, the kid slept well in the smaller room. Wifi was really fast and reliable, air conditioning worked excellent. Only bad thing was the whole floor carpet, but fortunatelly the room was cleaned well. I can only recommend this place, near Sopron centrer and old town and don't take breakfast, thre are plenty of stores nearby!
