Aba és Andrea Apartmanok

A large group of us took over 10 of the 28 apartments for 6 days. As each apartment is separately owned, the décor varies from room to room, but all were clean and comfortable. My apartment consisted of a bathroom (bath & shower), hallway with lots built-in wardrobes, kitchenette (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, microwave and all plates and pans). This had an opening with breakfast bar onto the bedroom / living room. As well as two large single beds, there were 2 recliner chairs, a fold-down bed in the corner, TV. There was a balcony with two chairs, table, clothes airer, mop... with a nice aspect overlooking a quiet area of the town (though all the town was quiet). All the windows were double glazed with draw-down shutters, net curtains and normal curtains so even though it was quite hot outside, inside was cool without asking for the air-con. A nice welcoming touch was a bottle of tokaji waiting with two glasses. Some of the apartments on the top floor had washing machines and could sleep at least 4 people, but they had no balcony and only velux windows in the sloped roof. Take ear plugs though - cockerels a garden nearby may wake you at 6am! The cost was so reasonable for 2 people (though we mostly had single occupancy) at HUF 6900 - £17.50 at current rates. Very comfortable and good value. Location is very central to the town and castle - less than 500m away walking - and 1.2Km from the amazing Spa.
