my 1st holiday to grenada could not have have been any better thanks to captain harris. Staff friendly and helpful the Hotel clean and tidy perfect location couldnt ask for more thanks guys see you next year

Very clean,  excellent location, on taxi route between Grand Anse and St. Georges, very close to Port Louis Marina for charterers, and a super friendly helpful staff. This will be my go to home next time I'm back.

I got quarantined here for a week, i had a home quarantine that was supposed to only last 48hrs but that’s another story. I ended here in 14 B. Beautiful view, clean accommodations, friendly helpful people. The price was good too. I didn’t want to spend my week here in a hotel room, but the view and WiFi really helped.

We arrived in the hotel in the middle of the night. We were not satisfied with the room, no seaview and the bathroom was strange particularly the shower. We could change to a better room following day. We had a terrace and seaview. Walking distance to the beech end. We continued our walking on the beach. Theu room was clean and nice.

Excellent value

If you are just looking to get away from it all and just have peace and quite this is a good selection. The only time you will maybe see the employees is when you check in and check out.
The overall cleanliness of the rooms are good and its pretty comfortable my only draw back was the AC in my room can get pretty loud which was not welcoming but after a while you get accustom to it
The apartments are located on the main road so specifying an apartment to the back or middle of the buildings, because the apartments closest to the road can get quite loud during rush hour.
The location is minutes from popular areas be it by transportation or walking.

Get rooms to the back of the building 

Well, if you are on a budget and spend most of your time outdoors, then this is the place. Close to Grand Anse beach (~5 minute walk), at the bus stop (to Grand Anse and St. George's), fast wifi, cable flat TV and working A/C. Our room even had a stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker. The floor and room look clean. Cons: This establishment is obviously outdated. The water pressure is almost non-existent in the shower. No room service (but not an issue for us). The front desk staff was helpful, if you need taxi, they will call it for you. Beware, front desk is only open 7AM-7PM, after that, you are on your own.

2 nights - budget stay

Chose it for the location, on the bus route, close to St. George's etc.for a short 4 day stay. There was friendly front desk staff and service. However, it is only average in terms of room interior, decor, comfort and facilities.  No cooking facility - only a fridge and a kettle, no microwave.  No phones in the rooms.  Very thin walls so lots of disturbance from TV next door and voices nearby and next door.
The pretty garden at the back of the property with a lovely sea view from their jetty is one of the pluses.

A disgusting space both in hygiene and service!
Rats intruded our space while asleep and ate our bananas - absolutely disgusting! There were small roaches everywhere and the floors, walls, appliances, shower, toilet were all dysfunctional and/or dirty. Rusty refrigerator, making loud sounds during the night, a green bight light on the outside like a disco from the 70's in one last desperate lunge for attention.
Very poor reception from a grumpy attendant, who never even reverted to us after we complained about the space, the rats, etc. Her brilliant comment, in a hole-in-the-wall room, was: we usually don't open the windows. Just wow!
Not even the owner came to apologize....nada. They deserve a -20!

Deplorable

This place is TERRIBLE. We would never ever recommend this place to anyone nor consider returning, in fact, we are glad we survived the experience without trauma. The rooms are so uncomfortable and ugly. No windows, no fresh air, dirt everywhere, and the fridge was disgusting and rusty, everything just made us feel uncomfortable and disgusted. It gave us goosebumps and we hated to return to the room. And the worst, COCKROACHES everywhere and RATS (!!!) that came during the night from the window into the room to eat our bananas, right next to where we slept. WTF!!! And, the hotel staff telling us that the window is not supposed to be opened?! After inquiring multiple times, nobody tried to help us out or find a solution, in fact, the issue was simply ignored. Think twice before you book, and save yourself from this NIGHTMARE!

Rats, Roaches and Poor Service

They told me is sea bugs but as you can see it's roaches flying on you when u in bed trying to sleep.. I spoke to management about the room service they don't change towels nor do they come an clean room it is my worst stay ever in Grenada. Imagine the toilet overflowing and know one came to help us
