I apologize that this review took so long to get to. For a start, Lisette was the most helpful person we have ever encountered in our travels. She set us up with a car rental and with a place to stay upon our arrival, even though we were making last-minute plans. Her care and flexibility in working with us to accommodate our schedule and her knowledge and suggestions about the island were indispensable. We enjoyed learning from her some of the more recent history of the island, the revolution, and the aftermath of the American action in the early 80s. I hope to make it back here again; we loved our stay! (We stayed in February 2020, but that is not an option to choose; sorry about the delay!)
