What this hotel offers is relaxation,quality food,friendly attentive service with a chilled vibe. It is not the usual 5 star experience,located on the turtle nesting beach it has a feel of being with nature. We got upgraded to a saphire room with a sea view which was spacious with a large patio,two sun beds and table plus chairs. Cleaning was hit and miss but it was never left untidy. A special mention to Maria at the pool bar who was always welcoming and efficient. The pool was warm with loads of umbrellas and sun beds located around the resort. We ate in all the restaurants the only slight disappointment was the street food retauraunt which lacked a little imagination otherwise it was all excellent particularly the Meze. Location is great we enjoyed walking to Kalamki and to Cameo Island the other side of Laganas which involves wading through the sea to reach the wooden bridge leading to the island. Recommend hiring a motor boat and head off to explore the nearby islands,paddle boards and pedlows are available opposite the hotel. The turtles are easily spotted coming to the shallows late afternoon they don’t seem concerned when wading out next to them. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return in the near future.
