Pure perfection.Everything was more then expected.All recomendation!!!

Spotless (very clean) accommodation in an excellent location at the center of Nikiti's Village beach. 
The Administrator Lady Angelika is always there when you are looking for her and she is a very helpful and organized person. 
I'm Completely satisfied.

Angelica, the owner of the place, was great. She was always attentive to our needs and desires. Location is great, almost on the beach, next to Nikiti marina. There are only 9 parking places, but near the studios are many of them. The beach is sandy and the water is crystal clear and warm with almost no waves. Breakfast was almost the same for 12 days. The only change: one day scrambled eggs, cooked another day. But fresh and enough!

I have stayed here many times over the past four years and have only just realised I have never  recorded my experience on trip advisor.

The property has an  ice cream parlour / bar  at the front of it with tables and chairs almost to the water edge. The bar is run by the owners daughter and son in law.

The accommodation is located behind the bar, it is simple, clean  and quite cheap. each room has its own kitchennette so if you do not want to eat out you can eat in. The shower rooms are a bit tired but fine.

 There is a small supermarket 50m away.

If you have breakfast included in your cost of the room it is the usual buffet - nothing special but nothing wrong either. You can certainly fill up for the day if you want to.

The owner, her family and the staff are very friendly and always around to help.

The bar is right on the beach which is a lovely sandy beach and sea is very nice to swim in.

If you want a sunbed on the beach, they are owned by the Nikiti studios and you have to buy a drink or tow but is not expensive.

Nikiti gets very busy in high season but you will hardly hear any english although, of course, most do speak English.

In the last couple of years the beach front area has been modernised so it has a lost a little of the old character but it is still lovely.

Really nice place all marble floor stairs etc. self catering facilities inc Fridge freezer etc. Shower etc all simple and basic but clean and works!! The room we got had double bed and single in one room,for about €30. and only 5mins walk from amazing beach. I will go there again. this time I'd book in advance. We were lucky to get it by dropping in!!

It is on very good location (almost on the beach), next to church St. Theodor and Nikiti marina, with own coffee-bar (with best Greek pancakes), parking, large back-yard with barbeque place, beautiful sand beach and crystal-clear warm sea water. Combining German efficiency (the land-lady, Angelica is German) with Mediterranean weather and temperament, you get perfect and winning combination. 
Studios, apartments and maisonettes are situated in two different buildings. Apartments and maisonettes are mostly in the “new” building, and studios are in the “old” one (old may be the building, but everything inside is newly reconstructed). I was there three times in a row (2011, 2012, 2013) and had a beautiful vacation every time. Personally, I prefer the old building. You could feel the good vibrations and all the positive energy irradiating from it…! Cleaning ladies are doing perfect job. You get your room cleaned almost every day and you get clean sheets twice a week. Big palm trees, Mediterranean flowers, herbs and spices are cleverly planted in the garden and the back–yard to make you feel the exotic smell of the summer. There are small pots with spices and herbs seated all around the buildings that mix the see air with exotic odors… Locals say that this smell will protect you from mosquitoes. Truth is that we seldom saw mosquitoes, probably due to almost constant south-west wind blowing on Khalkidhiki. 
In the vicinity of the studios are situated many smaller restaurants for traditional Greek food. Right next to the church St. Theodore is small convenient shop, where you can by all the necessities (from food, water, drinks to swimming gear) needed for a vacation. If you have a car, you can go for shopping (much cheaper) in the big “Lidl” shopping store on the auto-road. 
Having a car is gives you the opportunity to visit one of most beautiful beaches in Greece- the Ag. Ioanis beach. It is 2,5 km from Nikiti, on the right side of the auto-road to Neas Marmaras. You pass the cross-road for Nea Marmaras going on right and shortly, at the end of the downhill road you look for a small, unpaved road. It is advertised with modest, plain sign in hand-writing. It is long, almost white sandy beach with perfectly clear shallow water. There is beach coffee-bar, too. One word of caution! Be ready to change into dry clothes after swimming, because of the usually windy summer. Also, the cool breeze will make you forget the dangerous of the hot sun with more than 9 UV index!  You can get bad sunburns. And something more…! Don’t miss any sunset in Nikiti! They are gorgeous!
All in all, if you want to have lower budget holiday with your family, and steel you want all the little luxuries of your home, visit Studios Nikiti Beach & Apartments. It worked perfectly for me and my family…
