These studio apartments are great 
There is plenty of room and a good selection of utensils 
The studios are in a great position to access Paris’s and the beach 
Highly recommended with easy access and s great pool 

We booked direct with the owners to stay this time, having stayed here 4 years ago. The owner, Spiros,  was at the airport to meet us as promised and on arrival at the accommodation we were greeted by his wife and shown to the same studio we had last time.
We stayed a week and had clean towels every day and sheets every other day.
There is free WiFi and safe in the room. We will always return to stay here.

- The place is nice, it is colourful and it has a nice swiming pool. The rooms are cute and very well kept. Everything is clean.

- The service was excellent. We had free disposable slippers, tea bags, little pot of milk, soluble coffee and a jug to heat water. One transfer to the airport was included, since our fligth was late at night, they kept our luggage all the last day and they drive us to the airport at 23:30. They even let us charge our phones in the hall which they opened for us at that our when we were waiting for the car to come.

- The location is perfect as soon as you have a way of transport to move along the island. The beach is at less than 5 min walk and there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

- The price: we payed 155€ for a double room for 4 nights at September 2017.

The downsides:
- The owners speak/underdstand little english, they alwayd tried to do the best for us though
- The swiming pool walls are paited with blue paint. We didn't get our swimsuit stained but we ended up each time with a little blue paint in our feet.

We book a room for 2, They couldn't provide breakfast but they were willing to offer us tea and coffee for free. Basically every other hotel in santorini was 110€ + when we wanted to book and irineos was less than 80€. The room was clean (with cleaning service daily)  and they have everything you need in the room. They are very friendly and the location is also good.

Great apartments 

We have stayed there before, but since they have done some renovations of the bathrooms, the price has increased to 110 Euros from 70 Euros last year at exactly the same time. We are not demanding guests at all and very environmentally conscious. But the water from the shower smells of rotten eggs (sulphur), the pool is not as clean as it used to be. Some guests became ill during their stay. Spyros is very nice, but I'm not sure we will book there again :-(

Price increase of over 50% in one year!

We're planning to come to Studio Irineos. Unfortunately my husband fell sick and we had to end our holiday earlier than expected. So I send an email to the hotel explaining them the situation and asking them if we could cancel our stay. No answer... Finally, I called the hotel 2 days before coming to make sure it was ok for them. They told me that they understood and said that we can cancel without being charge. At the end of the holiday, surprise on my bank account: they finally charged us 3 nights! And of course they don't answer to my emails... Very bad experience! Not commercial at all.
