Pefki Islands Resort 

First of all, the staff in the hotel reception were amazing whatever you needed they would do their very best to accommodate and always with a smile. The resort itself is beautiful with 3 pools all with lots of sunbeds the pool nearest to us has a great bar open all day until late .They have a great menu and serves food all day. The boys working the bar were aways smiling and happy to help with anything they could. There was entertainment on a couple of nights while we were there and very entertaining it was too. The rooms are quite basic but had everything you need and the beds were really comfy.The restaurant where we had breakfast was amazing and huge with more than enough tables and chairs you were never looking for a table there was lots of space and there was something for everyone from cooked breakfast to fresh fruits, cereals all manner of egg dishes, breads yoghurts pastries ,juices of all description as well as all manner of tea,s and coffee .The staff in the restaurant were the same as the rest of the staff in the hotel always smiling and helpful. Also I have to mention the ladies who cleaned the rooms once again service with a smile. Another thing I must mention ,when we arrived our room had a small step at the front door which as my husband uses a wheelchair it was difficult to get in I asked a staff member who was doing some work near the bar if he could help us in with the chair which he did with a smile but the very next morning he turned up at our door with a ramp for the wheelchair, now that,s what I call great customer service. So all I can say is a massive Thank you to every single person at Pefki Islands resort .Beatrice and Eric.
