Just back from another fantatsic stay at Maria & Kyros House.  Maria is a wonderful friendly host, who keeps a spotlessly clean accommodation and grounds.  The rooms are cleaned daily, and the bathrooms are modern, with plenty of hot water.  Fridges in the rooms, and a communal kitchen for those that want to cater for themselves.  Would highly recommend! 

This was our 4th visit to Maria & Kyros House, and every time it feels like coming home... the family are all so welcoming and friendly! The place is spotlessly clean, with the rooms cleaned everyday, and beds and towels changed several times a week. The bathrooms were all completely refurbished last year, and are now of hotel standard.  There is a fridge in the room, and the air con is free; there is also a communal kitchen so you can prepare yourself breakfast etc.  We always stay in room 2, which is at the front of the building, so there is a bit of early morning noise from scooters etc., but for us, that is one of the sounds of Greece...and you don't notice it after a day or so.  
This certainly won't be our last visit! Thank you Maria and family xx

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Maria's, and every time it feels like coming home - such a friendly welcome! The rooms are spotless, and cleaned every day, and the newly refurbished bathrooms are fantastic!! A proper shower cubicle with modern fittings, beautifully tiled walls and fluffy new towels.  The house is in an ideal location being just a few minutes easy walk into the centre, and just a few minutes in the other direction takes you to further excellent taverners.  We would never look at staying anywhere else now in Parga!!

We have a great time. The room was clean and nice. It is close to the centre and the beach. 
The host Maria and her grandother also Maria have welcomed us, they are very pleasant, cheerful and wonderful hosts. 
I would recommend this accommodation to everyone. 

I’ve walked past this house many times thinking how pretty it looked so was happy to have the chance to book a few nights last week. 
I had double room 6 ground floor. It was lovely - absolutely spotless cleaned daily even on Sunday sheets and towels changed every 2 days. Private terrace was big and cool shady, gardens gorgeous. Maria (giagia) such a lovely lady she obviously adored my 2 year old granddaughter and kept on bringing treats for her!
Location perfect for me out of the Parga bustle but an easy stroll into town. Bathroom was newly done I’ve never come across such a powerful shower before; wow!
I guess on the minus side the room might be small if there are two of you and there is noise from the other rooms it’s an old house so no noise prodding but these are minor niggles to me. I must definitely would come back. Thank you Maria and Vasillis!

Stayed 1 week in 2 bed apartment.  Apartment was kept very clean.  Lovely friendly staff.  5 minutes walk to nearest beach. 10 minutes max to harbour.  Ideal location to explore  Parga.  Check in/out very smooth.
