Absolutely fantastic hotel! The best all inclusive we've ever stayed at, without a doubt! It was our first holiday as a family of four (10 month old & 4 year old) and would highly recommend the hotel to young families! Whilst the hotel overall is fantastic, we did have a bit if a wobbly start when we first arrived. We had stated on our booking that would need ground floor accommodation as we have a baby and a pushchair. Our bungalow was down a big flight of stairs and not accessible. We raised it with reception, requesting to swap but was told it had gone to the 'reservation team' with no guarantee of moving, so that was disappointing. Furthermore, the air con wasn't working properly, so I further raised a complaint to reception as it was over 32° in the bedroom. Fortunately, the manager immediately upgraded us to 'Casa Marina', family suite, free of charge and we were very grateful for this. Other than that, as mentioned above, everything was floorless! From the food, drink - all freshly prepared, service, cleanliness (sparkling!). Huge shout of to 'Grecoland' entertainment ladies - Emma in particular - so positive, kind, welcoming and helped our daughter settle into kids club. We're so grateful and would love for her to receive this feedback. We will definitely be returning in the future!
