Golden Odyssey Hotel - All Inclusive

Truly the 1-2 star reviews are absolute harshness and rubbish ! We are on our last day here after 9 days and it’s been a lovely family holiday ! The pools were fantastic for the children so much variety and always being able to get a sunbed. The rooms were lovely and modern and clean ! Whilst cleaners didn’t come everyday I don’t understand why people moan ? if you tidy up after yourself then there shouldn’t be an issue. I truly feel people expect way too much and almost become snobs and slobs on holiday ! just because there are cleaners doesn’t mean you shouldn’t clean up after yourself. The staff and lovely ! Especially the children entertainer (2x young boys) and the staff workers. All were so kind to put 3 girls and cuddling them. I have to say the captain of the restaurant particularly was so kind. The food was fine ! Lots of variety and choices for everyone ! The homesde stone baked pizza was a plus for the kids ! Whilst I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star it’s easily a good 3 ! And for the price I truly don’t know what people expect ! The entertainment kids disco was on every night and there was something for adults on after every night. There’s also pool activities on everyday throughout the day. Truly I don’t know why the reviews are so bad as it isn’t filthy like people say or dirty. Location is lovely in the middle of everting ! We rented a car for 2 days and then walked to main town Kolymbia (20 mins) and to the beach (30mins) the scenery around is amazing and a pleasant walk. Overall it’s a brilliant stay and the children loved it ! The only negative I would say is the male reception man ! He was rude and sarcastic. ! He was the only thing I didn’t like ! But you’re going to get rude people everywhere ! X Only advice is to not listen to the reviews !
