As a last minute trip , I booked this apartment, It was run by lovely friendly Maria and Pavlov, 
Main trouble was they could not speak any English this was fine as the son spoke perfect English it turned out.
The Area of Keri Bay is perfect for a relaxing stay and is fully self contained you would not need to leave the (Bay area) at all , Super markets , Restaurants , Tavernas etc all there.
   Also very Beautiful , will return when time alllows ,

Spent a week here on family summer holiday. Rooms are simple and could do with a bit of love... As well as a few more items in the kitchen (very limited pans, plates and cutlery made it hard to cook). But all in all the rooms are fine, spent most of our time at beach or outside anyways. Nice terrace on upstairs rooms, with good view over garden to the sea/dock.
Great location though with everything within walking distance, restaurants, supermarket (expensive) and beautiful beach. The beach was shallow and no waves so perfect for little kids, and water crystal clear and warm.
The place was very friendly, each morning we would pop out to where the boats are moored and see a huge turtle pop up for air which our 3 year old loved! (We didn't do boat trip to 'turtle island' as lots of people told us the only turtle they saw was the one near the dock when they got back!).

Basic but nice rooms in good location

Found this hotel on line. Called personally, made reservations for a week.I Put down deposit for one night, she did not like that, she wanted 2 nights, as a matter of fact she called me back and raised hell. Upon arrival I was put in a room that the owner used as a storage, closet doors broken, the freezer was filled with her food,empty bottles under the kitchen sink, NO WIFI, NO TV, NO TELEPHONE, window screens missing,and smelled moldy,all drawers were lined with some paper do to oldnes, plus big problem with mosquitoes....In a nutshell, old and dumpy. 
PLUS very noisy from other occupants.. When I brought all that to her attention,and that I was leaving, their reply was::thats why she does not rent to GREEKS, because they are demanding customers(the rest of her rooms were rented by other nationalities through booking).By the way I am a greek/American. She told me that I should consider my self lucky that she let me stay there, and that normally, she requires the whole amount up front.Same night I searched and found near by a better location, a much better place and a better price.
Mind you this place is run by two old people, who cannot keep up with the place.
ITS SAD THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR, THEY MAKE A BAD NAME FOR THE TOWN AND FOR THE COUNTRY.The village is a beauty. 
I was lucky to just take off and find something better, but I FEEL SORRY FOR ALL THOSE FOREIGNERS WHO WERE STUCK THERE,,,,,
