Modern, clean apartments in the perfect location. This family run accommodation is first class as is the hospitality from all the staff who are always friendly and helpful. I’ve already booked to return twice in 2024 and would highly recommend.

We have just returned from our 3rd stay at these stunning apartments. Waking up every day to the amazing sea views and just steps away from the beach is our perfect holiday. The rooms are really spacious and clean with the added bonus of air con. The breakfast provided has plenty of choice and something for all the family and what better way to have breakfast than by the sea. Dora is exceptional and always makes sure every guest is looked after. 
All of the family make you feel welcomed to this beautiful accommodation🌟

Wow what a hotel, it really made our holiday!  If any of you are put off by the lack of swimming pool, please don't!  This hotel is literally a stone's throw from the sea..  you could throw your flip flop from the balcony and it would be in the sea.  Every room is sea facing.  We were quite a large party visiting in August 2022.  We had 4 rooms between us, 3 family rooms and 2 studio rooms.  We had a baby in our party too.  The hotel could not have been more accommodating.  We opted for the breakfast option which was included in the price.  This was great but it was a different menu to that if you were just visiting beach bar.  It had everything you could want though and the young girl serving was just lovely.  All the staff were lovely!  We had a great time and I do not normally like returning to the same place as I know that there are many places to explore but I can myself coming back to this one!  It is a little gem.  Not far from all the restaurants either, great location.    The rooms were great, extremely clean and big!  I would go so far as to say the best we have ever had when we have a Greece holiday (and we have been to a lot of places).  If I was pushed to say something for improvement, it would have been good to have had music in the bar so you could hear this around the sunbed area throughout the day but I know this is not for everyone!

Mihalis, Giannis, and team were exceptionally nice and attentive to all our needs and beyond. 

- Large and quiet rooms with balconies and amazing view. 

- Great beach access with comfortable deckchairs 

- Great food, large choice of drinks and fantastic cocktails 

But highlight really is the quality and friendliness of the entire team!

I had come to the restaurant with my partner, and it was a lovely welcome from the staff,  the food is amazing and at a great value too, the view is all absolutely amazing. 

I would highly recommend this restaurant during your stay!!

Just returned from filoxenia beach 4th - 18th august. We were in apartment 8 which is the middle one on the ground floor. Really spacious with a large patio and direct access to the beach with excellent views.
The owners and staff work very hard to ensure you have a great holiday, particular mention to Aristaya and Denia who made our holiday feel that extra special, so smiley and friendly, such lovely girls.
The location is perfect, everything you need on your doorstep including a water park which is a 10 minute stroll away. Plenty of great restaurants within easy walking distance, however, if you fancy a light snack and a cool beverage then the filoxenia beach offer good food and drink in the bar overlooking the bay.
Only positive things to say about these apartments and having been to Tsilivi six times, these are probably the best we have been to.
We have booked to go to Skiathos next year, but we will definitely go back to the Filoxenia.
Transfer from the airport by taxi took about 25 minutes and cost 22 euros and we booked the apartments direct and the flights separately with jet2 and made a big saving. Paid a small deposit and the balance when we arrived.

This hotel is lovely, beds comfortable and views brilliant. Very nice beach bar with superb views and really nice food at a reasonable price.

The staff are loverly and Poppy is so wonderful to deal with.

The booking experience was so efficient. Poppy and Dora were so accommodating when having to rearrange due to the pandemic. 

When we finally arrived it did not disappoint, beautifully clean, wonderful staff, amazing location right on the beach front and a great bar/restaurant. For our stay it was perfect.

Have already booked again for next year x❤️

Amazing sea views, rooms and location

Stayed here in June 2022 when we attended a wedding on the island. The rest of the wedding guests were staying at the Tui Blue Caravel next door. We were so glad that we booked the Filoxenia. 

Filoxenia Beach Apartments is family run. All very friendly. There is a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel which we ate at many times. Food was mainly good. 

The best thing about the hotel were that all rooms had sea views which were stunning. Our room was basic but clean and had a little kitchenette. 

Highly recommended and would stay again. 

Gave 4 stars rather than 5 stars as there was a problem with the safe. On our last day the safe would not open. The master key didn't work. The owner tried to break the lock whilst we were counting down to when we had to leave for the airport. Finally, they called out the locksmith just in time as our airport transfer arrived.

Beautiful location, immaculate and wonderful staff

A fantastic family run Beach bar and apartments. I have used the beach bar regularly over the years and always dreamed of staying at the apartments, well I finally got to do so this month and I wasn’t disappointed.

The rooms were lovely and spacious, each with their own balcony and fantastic views out to sea.

The rooms were very clean and serviced daily with regular towel changes. 

Had the best nights sleep in a long time, the bed was so comfortable.

I have known the family for a while now and nothing was ever too much trouble. First time meeting Dora the receptionist and she was so lovely, helpful and again, nothing was too much trouble.

Didn’t use the self catering facilities in the room as I don’t go on holiday to cook, but there was everything there if you wanted to self cater.

All in all a fantastic holiday and can’t wait to go back next month with my family and introduce them to the wonders of Tsilivi and these great  apartments.

Great Accommodation

These apartments were faultless! My husband, little boy and I stopped here for a week in August. The apartment was well equipped, modern and exceptionally clean. The balcony looked over the pristine waters and beach- beautiful! The positioning of the apartments was perfect with easy access to everything you needed. The beach is literally on the door stop. The sea and beach were perfect for my three year old- the waters were calm, warm and shallow for a good distance- he loved it! The beach bar served great food and beverages! All the staff were accommodating and very friendly , especially to my little boy, George!  We would most definitely stop here again! Thank you to all the staff for making it such a great holiday!

Great apartments

We stayed here for two fabulous weeks. All rooms have a sea view (just a stones throw away), were modern with a very comfortable bed. Rooms are spotlessly clean; towels changed daily and linens every couple of days. Hotel is in a quiet location but restaurants and bars nearby and is in walking distance of the main strip. The staff were wonderful, particularly Nicos, ever cheerful and so hardworking, and Dora, not forgetting the cleaning ladies who did a cracking job.  If I had one negative it would be that they do charge residents for sunbeds, which I would expect to be free. Having said that would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Sea View

Just had to share our fantastic experience at this place.  As a family of 5 it’s often hard to find somewhere that suits our needs but this place really ticked all our boxes… and actually gave us even more than we hoped. 

We stayed in an apartment- the children’s beds were in a kitchen area with kettle, fridge, small table etc and my husband and I had a separate double bedroom. There was an amazing view from the balcony, room was clean & modern, beds comfy, clean towels every day, air con & safe included, super friendly staff, great bar with gorgeous cocktails and tasty food.

Thanks to the team for a fabulous stay and helping to make our first holiday in Zante so special 😀
