Liapades is the nicest place at Corfu if you like it a bit more original, authentic, close to nature and friendly. The small town is situated on a hill going down to the seaside, with two beaches with clean turquoise blue water (1 with hotels, motorboats & drinks, the other beach is just nature, shade from rocks and a canteen boat that comes to visit and brinks you your frappe and ice cream). Around you are wonderful cypresses and olive trees, people are friend and you can take a swim in virtually any swimming pool on the way down the beach. Kahlua apartments are clean, the owner is very friendly and helpful and the place has a special atmosphere (mixture of hippies days and Mediterranean culture). Kitchen was very well equipped, Wi-Fi working very well, and the swimming pool is round the corner. I was a bit careful before booking Kahlua because of some negative reviews I found on the web, so I asked the owner to send me a video of the rooms. The rooms we got were exactly the rooms which we got shown by video, clean with all the equipment. So no complaints :-)
