Warm welcome, staff and owner always friendly, nice room, great AC and a nice breakfast with very good fresh coffee at the balcony. The wifi is very good and everywhere, fresh drinks is available, the reception is 24/7, parking directly nearby. Just minutes to the city centre. Quiet and clean room, with elevator. Staff is very helpful. We will come back soon!

Stayed one night at this hotel in March 2017. The hotel is dated and needs refurbishment, but the rooms have all that is necessary (bathroom, hot water, hair drier, tv, internet), but the mattress is quite old and hard. It felt clean, although the corridors smell of cigarette smoke (the room didn't). The staff is varied, one gentleman was very friendly and polite, the other one not so much. The internet was quite fast and the budget was extremely good (25 euros/night).

We stayed one night in this hotel. It is a little bit outdated, but clean and absolutely not smelly, which is a real plus for a Greek hotel! The owner was very friendly, spoke excellent English and was willing to discuss the political situation in Greece, the economy (problems because people buy clothes, petrol, everything in Macedonia, which they hate).

What a lovely place!

An OK hotel at a really good price

Very affordable (in low season)

Although a very dated hotel, it is affordable. The lobby often smells of cigarettes because the staff smoke behind the desk in their little room off to the side.  The elevator is vintage! Very cool open/close door mechanism and 3 people is maximum due to the small size of the elevator.  Bed was comfortable, there was a balcony with a view of other buildings which I found to be very interesting to look at.  The bathroom in our room was an uncomfortable large step up with a shower that was challenging to use.  (See my pics) You will notice that when sitting on the toilet your feet rest on the edge of the shower stall.  Very good location for the social nightlife and daytime shopping and people watching.  There is a full-serve wash and fold laundromat nearby approx 10 min walk north, we googled it. I remember there being free wifi

Affordable, retro, free wifi, not wheelchair accessible (in our room at least)

The room price (on the back of the door) was 66 euros in 2014. Of course, this is a fiction, and the Booking.com price of 31 euros for November is correct.  The bedroom was clean, and the buffet breakfast adequate: but the bathroom is minuscule and the wash-hand basin is supported on rusting iron supports from a previous basin, the shower curtain does not reach the shower tray so the floor is soaked. The paintwork is a depressing dark brown. Wiring has been improved, but run on surface. On the other hand, there is a smoke detector. 

In short, if you really must go to Florina, for the price, you can't complain.

The Rooms was good, but the receptionist was rude, and he was not telling the truth about the internet. 
we asked for the wifi password near to 10 times, and everytime it was diffirent and no one was working ... it was really bad experience there... especially that we went for a work !
