35 reviewsI can't understand why this hotel is only rated 2 stars! It deserves at least 3 stars, if not 4. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pillows are perfect—not too fluffy or too soft, which is a big deal for me. Our room had a fantastic view of the pool and a large balcony. The bathroom was a decent size, unlike many others that tend to be small. And the power shower? Absolutely loved it! The location is ideal, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, which offer a great variety of fish, seafood, and meat dishes. Each room has a fridge, excellent air conditioning, and a smart TV. Breakfast includes fresh meats and cheese, or you can choose hot options like omelettes. We enjoyed this hotel so much that we extended our stay by two nights. We initially planned to stay in Matala but found Kalamaki to be a hidden gem and one of our best discoveries ever. While Matala is nearby if you want to visit, we preferred the quieter, more relaxed atmosphere of Kalamaki. In my opinion, the beach here is much better. We might just make this our regular destination.
