We had such a wonderful experience staying at the Kouros Hotel and Suites. We were picked up from the dock by private transfer and welcomed at the Hotel with a glass of champagne as we checked in. The view from our room was breathtaking, the room itself was spacious and modern. Breakfast each morning fantastic with good coffee, choice of chef prepared cooked meals and buffet all fresh and yummy. The standout for me though was reception staff who were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, so helpful and when on the day we were checking out and our ferry was delayed until 2am the next morning due to a strike, the staff on the front desk made sure we were comfortable and got to the dock on time, even though we were technically no longer paying guests. Great service.
