Beautiful place, helpful staff and Eva is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting her late in the restaurant where we were having a drink and she is 1 lively lady. The rooms are cleaned often,only set back was that loo rolls were not provided regularly and we had to buy our own, this did not bother us as it was a minor inconvenience. The beach bar pool was our favourite and Benjamin couldn't do enough for you, he was attentive and polite. We would not hesitate to book here again. We'll done Eva and family and staff.

My 14 daughter and I are just back from the Panorama Apartments.  Our first time in Crete. We absolutely loved it. Everyone is so friendly. The staff at these apartments work so hard yet they are always helpful and chatty. The breakfasts were beautiful and served right through till 12 o'clock which is unusual but great. We ate dinner there couple of times in the evening and the food was always delicious . Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. 
The apartments are right in the middle of all the shops, bars and restaurants and "Mario" the crepe guy is right at the door.  We ate at the Jasmine House Chinese which was reasonably priced & tasty.  Also Mary's Place facing Panorama, the guy is so friendly and food is delicious.  Edem at the far left end, right on the beach , was good too. Robin Hood, Red Lion, Rovers Return, the quirky little Village Cocktail Bar , Amudi Rock Bar, Dimos ( best cocktails ever and only €5 and Zak is so funny)..in fact everywhere we ate and drank in was fantastic. 
We did the Spinalonga trip which we thoroughly enjoyed. And due to delays with ATC we were put up in Rethymno for a night and went to the Fortezza Fortress,  again a good day out and Rethymno old town is class. 
But we absolutely loved Stalis and Panorama and will definitely return. 

We have just arrived home from 2 weeks holiday first time staying there the hotel was amazing got a room overlooking the pool staff make u feel welcome breakfast was good nothing was to much trouble for Eva and her son will definitely be back next year 

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday as a family of 11. Panorama was such a fantastic place to stay. The owner Eva was incredible, we couldn't of asked for better. The other members of staff were amazing, playing and interacting with my grandchildren every time they saw them and one member of staff, Adriana, even played with them in the pool most days. An amazing place to stay and we will definitely be going back. Thank you so much! 

Lovely warm welcome from Eva, nothing is too much trouble for her. Lovely spacious rooms, cleaned regularly. Fantastic pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Bar area is fab with great friendly service from Maria and Terry. Location is right on beach road with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and beach across the road. There is also a pool and pool/beach bar across the road you can use with comfortable sun loungers, at a cost. Can't wait to return. There was 9 of us in our party ages ranged from 18 to 64 everyone had a fantastic time and agreed they wouldn't hesitate booking to go back.

Eva has been busy during Covid renovating the rooms and Kitchen/bar area as well as the beachfront pool and rooms.

We used the bar before heading off for a meal, I must say though the food at the Panorama is delicious and reasonably priced.
Terry is a funny character as well, he’ll have you laughing!!

Eva does everything to make your stay comfortable and we will be back in 2024 for our 4th visit to Panorama .

As soon as we arrived at the Panorama we were warmly welcomed by the staff, even though it was the early hours of the morning! It felt like a special place straight away!! 🥰
We were a little hungry so the barman (Lefteris) gave us his own pizza he’d just made himself! We had that with a couple of beers in the lovely restaurant, and it really felt like the holiday had kicked off!! 

We sorted the air con with Eva straight away at check in, so we were good to go for a good nights sleep.
Room was nice and clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect.

Couldn’t believe how close to the beach we were, it’s literally across the road, even though after a day round the pool we decided that’s where we liked the best.
The pool was clean, plenty of sun beds, and there was always lots of inflatables for anyone to use.
It was a fun atmosphere around the pool, and it was great watching the children play together.

The Panorama is centre of the strip of tavernas and little shops, so you can either walk left or right when coming out on to the front.
We loved venturing out on an evening, tasting lots of cocktails and trying different restaurants. 
Although the food was good elsewhere, we found ourselves eating in the Panorama most of the time, as they were definitely the best! 
My girl can be a little picky with food but loved the food in the restaurant. There was always a great atmosphere, and all the staff were tentative with everything, which gave a really homely feel.
We had lots of fun with the barman, he was always making us laugh. My girl thought he was hilarious.
We’d stay up late in the bar, drink amazing tasty cocktails and mocktails, and talk to other guests and staff.
Next time we come we’ll be booking half board as it just makes sense!!!! 

Overall a fantastic holiday and we will look forward to seeing everyone again in the near future.

I have been visiting Stalis for 12 years and everytime I stay at this hotel. I am currently staying in room 231. Eva simply cannot do enough for you, she is always an absolute pleasure to deal with and will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Never have I stayed in a room with mould or felt uncomfortable in them. I have always had the best experience possible and I can guarantee you will absolutely enjoy your stay here and you will become a regular each year!!

Stayed B and B breakfast in restaurant. Stayed in room over road which suited us not too noisy but can see what’s going on didn’t use pool as we rather beach but it was never crowded room very 😊 will stay again.

Upon arrival we was greeted and given all the room keys. Stavros and Eva looked after us well. 
We went to the room and it was nice and clean. All the rooms are not far from the swimming pool and restaurant which is good. If you have walking difficulties you can walk up the side of the restaurant instead of walking up the 4 or 5 steps which is good. 

You have the choice of 2 swimming pools which is good, one by the hotel and one just across the road going down to the beach, both pools are the same just the one pools got a water fountain in. Benny who runs the beach bar is amazing. You can see he works so hard and just try to please every customer. 10 out of 10 for him. 

We had breakfast most days in the panorama restaurant which was really nice, nothing was to much trouble for them. We had a few evening meals to and the chefs cooking is amazing. 
Overall I would recommend the hotel panorama and thank you all for our wonderful stay.

OUR FIRDT, BUT DEFO NOT THE LAST VISIT, TO STALIS 

Fantastic location in Stalis. We were in the older studios, there is a lift in that building, not in the new ones & quite a lot of steps so may not be suitable if that is an issue. They were basic but clean. We had maid service every day, clean towels when we left them on the floor, but no clean sheets all week. The beds were made & room swept but not cleaned. You pay €10 per day for aircon & €20 for the safe, which is expensive. The breakfasts were made fresh & were lovely. The pool was murky for a few days, but the new one is nice at a charge of €5 per day for a sunbed. However, we went to the beautiful beach every day & used the Riviera Boutique sunbeds next door as they were fantastic. €12 for 2 & an umbrella with waiter service. They are highly recommended. I would stay again just for the location. 
Tip for the airport on arrival, make sure you use the toilet on the plane!

A fantastic place to stay!

Upon our arrival at  3am we paid for our room A/C and the safe and the room tax then to be told “problem"there wasn’t a room 😱
Ok so what now ?come to the new block stay there for the night ok then come see me tomorrow for a different room 
Following morning no room 
Stay there in the new block for the next couple of days ! Ok then 
We will put a note on the door when to change rooms ? Ok then 
We forgot the a/c remote so my partner went over the the main block to ask for it !
Then was asked if we wanted to stay in the new block all week ?
But we had to pay EXTRA !
no thanks you put us in that room we’re staying in it after a heated argument my partner v the owner her husband and son she came back with the remote I had no idea what had gone one after she explained I said we’re not moving and we didn’t !
No note on the door all week 🤷🏻‍♂️
