Eriva Hotel

Just arrived back from Corfu and had the absolute best time! The hotel was in a perfect location, a few minutes walk and you are right at the sea, there are alot of lovely places to eat while you have the most beautiful view, at sun set it was absolutely stunning (Try Medusa for food!). There is a mini mart not far from the hotel, and if you walk a little further there is the high street with lots of shops, more places to eat, a bakery (well worth a visit), cashpoint for both euros or UK currency, a supermarket and a place to hire quad bikes etc. The hotel room had everything we needed, was very clean, the aircon was great (it is an extra charge but you will definitely need it!), powerful shower, there's a safe box if needed (extra charge) and a very pretty view from the balcony. The bins were emptied often, the beds changed and fresh towels provided. The chef was amazing and there was a wide range of pool snacks, ice creams (try the pistachio!) and traditional Greek starters and mains. A huge selection of alcohol and soft drinks also. The pool was always very clean and there are sun loungers with parasols and a selection of books you can borrow to read while you sunbathe. While we were there we went to an oriental dancing night, a traditional Greek night and an acoustic rock night. They were all worth a watch, we had so much fun, especially at the Greek BBQ! What really made our stay was the staff. From being greeted on reception when we arrived, to making sure we got our airport transfer on the morning we left, they were amazing from start to finish. Marina, Anna and Amillios were so friendly, helpful and always had time for us no matter how busy they were. I will miss hearing Anna's entertaining stories very much haha and will definitely be visiting again in the future! I can't forget to mention Pepe our 'Holiday dog' either. 10/10 would recommend.
