The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable.” “The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home.” “The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options.” “The hotel offered a very pleasant stay at a convenient location. The hotel truly surpassed all our expectations! All staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in and checked out . The room was clean, and the view was great and close to the shops and the amazing Acropolis city centre 7 min taxi drive away , from it was splendid. What can I say , we highly recommend this hotel to all that visit Athens Greece . We would also like to thank the amazing Manager Matthew who even took the time to greet us whilst checking on his team outside reception / hall foyer to ensure all was running smoothly , he would be so proud of his team . Mr Matthew was so professional and demonstrated so much care for his team and guests whilst I was observing which is nice to see this perfect presence and care . The customer service excellent and there English was very clear ! We truly had a 5 star experience , I say first good impression will always create the last and it was a memorable one .
