A brilliant stay! Wonderful, speedy and kind guest relations service backed up by a sparkling clean, rennovated and well appointed stay. In an up and coming edgy neighbourhood and a lovely property. The guest relations team definitely made the stay perfect, but the rooms and suites alone are great. Highly recommend.

This property does not have a check in desk, a code to the front door and room are sent to you just before check in time. Which works well.There is a phone number of you need any additional services during your stay. We arrived early and could not wait in the entrance of the building because it was locked, we explored the beautiful park across the road in the meantime. If you make arrangements with the hotel you can store you luggage until check in.Great apartments, beautiful view and relaxing roof top patio.

The property is new and in excellent condition. It was great for a family of three  staying in Athens for three days. There is a mini market about 4 minutes walking away and cleaning was done everyday. The automatic light in the bathroom went off during baths which should be fixed. I would recommend a family of three to stay here comfortable.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable, and very clean. We had a view of the park and a great veranda with chairs, so we could have some wine out there in the evenings.The location is good, it is about a 5-minute walk to the National Archaeological Museum. It's right across the street from the Athen Green Park, so if you are in the mood for a stroll, its easy to access. Its about a 30 minute walk to the main tourist areas. There are a few shops and bakeries around for quick bites. Its not what I would call a beautiful area, but very practical. A couple of things you should know. 1) The location that Google shows on the map is incorrect. Where Google Maps shows is actually in front of a torn-down building. You need to walk about 50 feet to the left. This terrified my in-laws, who thought our hotel had been destroyed or that we were scammed. Haha. 2) The pullout couch is unlike any design I have ever seen before. You lift from the top cushions, not the bottom section. We had to find a video on Google to show us. 3) The elevator is really small, even by European standards. This is only an issue if you have someone with mobility issues. We made it work, but just be aware. 4) They only give you the access code an hour before your check-in time. If you want to leave luggage, you can chat with the representative on WeChat and get the code for the luggage locker.  Overall, I highly recommend this apartment/hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The people were nice and polite, caring for our every needs. The night were hot so we asked for the A/C and as soon as we asked, they came and fix it. Yu have to walk a bit for subway and groceries but that is a good healthy walk.

Clean and modern.  Challenge with bathroom light.  They are motion sensor, so you when  you go to the loo at night the blaring lights come on waking you and your partner up eveytime you go to bathroom,  Also if you shower in the night, the lights go off while showering and you can not see anything which is dangerous.  This property seriously needs to put light switches in bathroom , not motion sensors which was very disturbing during the night and dangerous when they went off the shower,

Very pleased with our stay

Second time staying here and we won’t stay anywhere else. It’s super comfortable, feels safe, clean, great concierge and friendly staff. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are also good. Bring a washcloth if you need one though, as they don’t supply these. Lots of different lighting options, bright or more mellow which is great for me cause I get migraines when I travel. Nice balcony with a nice view of the park. They also have a ride service to and from the airport. And the option of having breakfast delivered. We also brought our fire stick so we could watch Netflix, I recommend if you want something like that to bring yours. There is a revolving door of cafes nearby, one thing I would suggest is maybe a map in the room that shows what grocery stores are nearby. Wasn’t able to find a big one. Only mini markets.

This property was just "WOW" great view of the park in front. A 5 euro cab to all the places we wanted to see. Management and staff were always available and even willing to accommodate all our luggage after we checked out so we could spend our time locally rather than at the airport. You get an amazing view of the Acropolis from the rooftop garden which was a treat to sit at when the sun went down. I only wish I had booked this place longer. The area may look a little sketchy but honestly there is graffiti everywhere in Athens and it's super safe. I wish I had booked this for our last day as well rather than booking close to the airport.

The property was clean and easy to access. Property is accessible via a code you are given that opens the front door and your room during your stay. If you follow all the instructions given to you via email you should have no problem. When staff was on site they were super helpful and friendly. My family and I stayed in the basement room and we loved it. I was a bit nervous about the area it is located in as there is a lot of graffiti but the people are friendly and stores are 3-5 minutes walking distance. There is no parking in the property but there are plenty of parking garages within a 5 minute walking radius and they are very affordable. I ended up communicating with staff on WhatsApp for help and recommendations when we needed it and got a response right away. Overall I was very happy with this property.

Stayed in family room...spacious and relatively new.  Great AC.  Bedding comfortable and well appointed bathrooms.  Large balcony faces busy street and park across the street.  Communal rooftop balcony is nice and you can see Acropolis.  One complaint...bathrooms have sensors controlling lights .during night, when you may not want a bright spotlight turned on, you have no choice.  It interferes with sleep.  Also, one bedroom has electrical panel with flashing LEDs that interfere with sleep.  No onsite staff except cleaners..have to communicate via email and phone during office hours but staff is helpful.

The property itself is excellent.  A beautiful one bedroom apartment that is new and very carefully maintained.There is no reception but cleaners work hard during the day hours and attend to needs.Communication was excellent through WhatsApp with management who were able to help me out when I checked in.I would highly recommend this hotel and there is an excellent park across the road, but it is noisy (the main road) and it is quite a distance from main tourist attractions.  I love walking so that was not a problem.Will definitely stay there again.
