I am Canadian and married to a Ghanaian man and we stayed at this hotel for most of October. The food was fantastic we always had running water although it was not hot but that seems to be the normal in Ghana.we always had AC and a cold fridge. The staff were fantastic and had a great bar out front with security 24 hours a day. I was always comfortable and felt safe there.The people were extremely friendly in Ghana and when I return in March I will be staying at the same Hotel.Thank you marcbeas for a great experiance. And also at the end of my stay they gave me the last night free

Marcbeas is a nice quiet, safe place to stay in Ghana, the staff were super friendly especially Rebecca and Cynthia  and catered to our every need. The only downside that overseas travelers may find is that there is barely any water pressure in the shower (this is normal in Ghana), and don't expect warm showers (another norm in Ghana). The hotel is in a very quiet area with security on at night. You are just down the road from West Hills mall, a very short tro tro ride away, or a cheap taxi ride. I am Canadian and stayed there with my Ghanaian hubby and we were both very pleased with the service. The food was good, we had chicken rice, banku and breakfast a lot of the mornings (milo and omelets made fresh and fresh buns).  We even had our wedding vow renewal and reception there, pics to follow. I will go there again and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, thanks marcbeas for your great service!

Hotel experiance

Wonderful hotel for the price

The hotel is Nice and the staffs are very polite and helpful, They understand basic languages. The Resturant is nice and the food is ok. Now to the Main of the Hotel
The Standard Room is Big Enough, the toilet is very ok but there is no fridge and AC.
I moved to another room on the second day, It was bigger with AC and fridge. 
What i didnt enjoy about the hotel is there is no Internet Wifi and Cable TV.
Although the Local TV is Ok

*The lights in the room didn't work so we were in the dark
*the room smelled very bad
*no water pressure in the shower (we have been to Ghana before so we know thats normal but here there was almost no water coming out)
*very dirty sheets with (blood?)staines on and the room was very dirty in general
*staff was not friendly to us 
*no WiFi (at booking.com they said there is WiFi available)

* breakfast was quite good (bread and egg) fresh coffee and tea instead of powder would have been a better choice to give guests
