It was great experience and I love their customer service

I came to Ghana to experience culture and to relax given the racial situations in the US. I had to use GPS to get close enough to the location and then relied on natural instincts to find Evergreen Apartments.  There was not a sign for Joy Road that lead to the place.  Upon arrival at the gate, the security guard denied that we were at the correct place. I found that strange and emphasized to him that no, I am at the right place. I got in finally and was welcomed by the on-site manager. I want to be frank and respectful, but I was bothered by the manager during my first days. I didn't get much rest as to requests by the manager for petty things such as to charge a phone and asked me many questions. I thought I was being interviewed for the local media or something, even though I like talking to people. Now, the other side of things, I will say the place is new and extremely clean. The guy on staff who cleaned the apartment was friendly and made sure I was enjoying my stay. I appreciated that after a somewhat disappointing start with the other staff associates. I would stay here again and would recommend others to stay here as well given the apartments are new and spacious. There are also great mountain views from the top floor.

New Apartments in Adenta Ghana

I came to Ghana for a short stay and this time I was disappointed with my stay at Evergreen. Hot water is something that anyone would expect to have based on the hotel/apartment quality. This was my third stay here and there was a water issue before, but this time is was difficult to bear. The water pressure was low along with not having hot water. I told security about this issue, but when I got a response there was a slight blame on me. I am the paying customer, so I have a right to complain about an issue where ever I chose to stay. The problem was fixed but I had to deal with cold low pressure showers for 3 days out of a 4 day stay in Ghana. I would suggest to management to take ownership of the problem(s) and not to put fault on something or someone else. The place is still suitable for an individual(s) or small groups to enjoy Ghana. Personally, I'm not sure I will stay here again due to the problems I experienced and the blame game given to a paying customer.
