We had never been to this type of pension/hotel and very pleasantly surprised from the experience. The place is perfect for families, cheap and extremely clean. I had never ever been to such a clean hotel. The room had a very new bathroom, a terrace with a wonderful view, great shutters (complete darkness), lots of space for clothes etc. everything was prepared for families, all facilities included. The food was ok, nothing spectacular but still good quality. Breakfast was very rich and of good quality. It is really ideal for families visiting the Schwarzwald. We will return!
