Hotel Petersen‘s Landhaus Scharbeutz

A friend and I wanted to have a get-away from it all and booked two rooms at this hotel for one night only as we were staying in Hamurg for most the time. We were bowled over by the friendly welcome, the lovely rooms, friendly staff and on site parking! To top it all there was an indoor swimming pool. We wanted a small snack as we were going out to dinner and the freshly made waffles with ice cream and cooked cherries were amazing! There’s not one thing we could have complained about and alone for the marvellous breakfast menu we would come back. The decor is so welcoming, the place is spotless and the staff friendly and helpful. A real discovery and from one-off- visitors we have decided to become regulars and are already planning a return visit for the early autumn. Scharbeutz was charming and we discovered an interesting bird sanctuary in Niendorf which is well worth a visit.
