Handy for Passau with parking onsite. Basic but clean and comfortable with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Would book again in a heartbeat

A basic serviceable hotel for an overnight stay.  Hotel is modern, clean, beds were good, bathroom good.  We didn't get the breakfast.  The only issue is that it is very far from the center of town.  We were there on bikes and had to go about 2 miles into town to get dinner.  The hotel is in the middle of a residential neighborhood and not near anything.  But it's fine for one night.  They had a garage for our bikes.  Passau is a beautiful old town with a vibrant center city and I would love to have spent more time there.

Basic clean quiet hotel but not near anything

The hotel was clean, however, it was in the middle of nowhere. We had to walk 2 miles to access the old town area, and 1.5 miles to DB Passau HBF. No restaurants nearby other than a grocery store. We did not have an automobile, so this was very disappointing.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff are all wonderful. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was extensive and filling. Highly recommend the B&B Passau!

I was already a guest 2 years ago, now with family on a return trip from Croatia. Since we were offered the reservation from the smoking room to the non-smoking room by telephone on the day of arrival supernet, I am writing to thank the nice receptionist for this rating: positive! Practical in handling and equipment! Everything you need. Great also the snack and coffee machine in the entrance area. Parking free in a large parking lot, despite the full cabin!!

Short stop from Croatia

We arrived at the hotel two families, and no one was at the reception because this is self-service hotel. We paid at the door and Went into our rooms. Our room was pretty good and clean. It had a bunk bed and a double bed. Unfortunately, our friends were quite unhappy about the smell of smoking. I do not think that there should be smoking rooms in the hotel. The breakfast didn’t have many options to choose from but it was still good.

Not that bad

We spent the night in this hotel in Passau. It is clean, the staff is very friendly and nice. The beds were comfortable and bathroom modern and clean. They have enough parking space. Will go back when passing through Passau.

Great hotel in Passau

It was great to get in with the code, perfect for friends, and if you want something cheaper, the room was big enough for three people, and beautiful, very clean, and a great bathroom.

Night after concert

The hotel is very easy to reach and has plenty of free parking. It is well furnished and clean, but it was a little small for two people including luggage. The bathroom was clean and reasonably large. Check-in was quick and easy. Check-out is not necessary, which is very pleasant. The breakfast was $8.50 and the price was well balanced. Around the corner is a bus stop. The line goes straight to the city center. Ideal if you don't want to find a parking space in the city center. If we get back to Passau, we'd like to get off again. It's a little short for the last half-point, since we took our two little trips away, greeted, and couldn't stop at a night stand, but it's very tragic.

A pleasant hotel

We've been sleeping here for the third time. Optimal location. Rich breakfast buffet, rooms okay, staff friendly. There's free parking, but if you happen to be like us, the underground garage is full, and there's a saddle truck and company boxcars in the outside parking lot, it's gonna be tight.
