Сначала остановились в отеле Central (второе здание отеля TraumRaum). Комната была очень маленькая, не хватало кондиционера, зеркала, холодильника и шкафа. Пришли на завтрак в TraumRaum (завтрак общий для двух отелей и отличный!), где встретили сотрудника Daniela, которая в кротчайшие сроки нашла хорошую комнату за те же деньги в основном здании отеля. Большое спасибо ей за такую клиентоориентированность! We arrived at first at the hotel Central (second building of the hotel TraumRaum). The room was very small and there was no air conditioning, mirror, fridge and normal wardrobe was also absent. We came to breakfast to the TraumRaum (the breakfast is together for both hotels and very tasty! ) and we met there very generous employee Daniela, who found for us a great room in a short period of time in the main building. Thank you for being so client-oriented! Hope, you will make Central as good as TraumRaum!
