I'm surprised by the amount of negative reviews here; I didn't experience anything like that myself. The owner of the place is very friendly and helpful, I didn't have to wait for him and there were no other problems with check-in. The place itself is nice and has an amazing library. There is a grocery store right near the tram stop and the area is quite nice, safe and quiet. The way here from the centre by tram takes about 12 minutes, but you have to be careful: if you are out late in the night and miss the last tram, the way can take up to one hour.
