My main vacation destination was Austria and transit in Frankfurt Airport. Had decided to spend 2 nights to explore Frankfurt before flying back to Singapore. I had an enjoyable comfortable stay at JW Marriott which is located at a prime location with train station, shopping areas and Old Town nearby. The Paranama Deluxe Room has a good view and that the aircon system and the water pressure for the rain forest shower was strong to my liking. The staff at the Lobby was very friendly and accommodating to my request for late check out and also storage of my luggage till early evening. Nothing to fault except that the email on pre-arrival check in and also the feedback form all in German. Would suggest the hotel to be more aware that not all foreign guests understand German especially when my reservation was made in English. Anyway, had a great stay!
