The hotel is generally good. There was no reception, but checking in with the code sent was fine. The room was clean and good, although something came in the years. The bathroom is relatively small but OK and very clean. This is also true for the room. The breakfast was excellent and there was nothing missing. The lady from the breakfast service was very nice and friendly. There was a bicycle garage with enough e-bike loading facilities and the garage was closed at night.

All right, I 'd like to stay over there again.

The rooms were modern, but very small. The bathroom was also very small. Also, the beds were very hard - so nothing for people with back problems. Pillows were too thin and the covers extremely heavy. Breakfast was okay. Unfortunately, what didn't go down was that after booking a room, we were contacted by the hotel and sent a (unfortunately very simple) code to open the back door, since the front desk was not occupied. In the staircase, a list of all guests was hung up with their names and room number. This is unfortunately not compatible with privacy and we are very disturbed. The key card itself was then available to everyone at the door.

That's how it goes.

A small, very clean hotel with a very friendly staff, rooms super equipped and modern, breakfast rich and delicious, very central to great discoveries in Emden.

Super hotel with great service

Well-equipped clean room with good service, free W-lane, drinks in a refrigerator on the ground floor, comfortable beds, very good and rich fresh breakfast buffet, dinner was possible next to the hotel in the Greek restaurant or a 20-minute walk to the city centre

Friendly hotel

Overall, very good. A nice room with good beds and a good bathroom. The breakfast was also very good and delicious, especially the coffee. A manko, however, is the unoccupied lobby. Unfortunately, it is not possible to sit there even in the evening or during the day. A stay outside the room is therefore not given.

The room is perfectly equipped for a hothouse of this size! Very clean and well maintained. Drinks are in a refrigerator in the hallway. In our room there was a roller window, so we could darken the room properly, which I personally like very much. That's why we felt it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet is very rich and refreshing. The sevice is friendly and helpful. Very pleasant!

Nice little hotel with nice service

Our stay at the Hotel Prince Heinrich was really very nice. The room was clean and newly furnished. In addition, the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was rich, fresh and really tasty. There was nothing missing and it was filled up several times. Only the bathroom was really small and the construction site in front of the house made noise. These are also the two reasons why there are no five stars. Nevertheless: happy to be back.

A friendly little hotel.

Good and clean room. The bathroom was a little small. The water in the shower was not running properly, but otherwise good and clean. Also a good and rich breakfast. Staff very friendly. There was also a garage for our bikes. Price-performance is perfectly fine.

A night on the North Sea cycling tour

It's very difficult to find a room in Emden in the short term, because you take what you get. The room was clean, the service, etc. No elevator, a cupboard in the staircase with a high price level. Only the Greek is walking in the neighborhood. His kitchen needs support.

We had booked a room for one night. The room was completely renovated. New and comfortable beds. The bathroom could have been a little bigger. Very good breakfast. Free parking on the hotel's own parking lot. Just around the corner is a Greek restaurant.
