    What was good

    Upsides:

    - nice cozy hall, flowers all around, good atmosphere;

    - friendly manager and personnel, always ready to help;

    - room has fresh fit-out and equipped well (AC cool/heat, hairdryer, kettle, safe, refrigerator, TV);

    - wi-fi is stable, works everywhere, speed is enough for any tasks up to youtube hi-res video watching;

    - the hotel is in 10 minutes of walking from a subway station (many shops, cafes, exchanges etc are there) and in 15-20
