The view from the room balcony is absolutely stunning. The river is right in front of you and you have an unobstructed 180° view of the mountains. Room was clean and cosy and well furnished. They have multiple sitting areas in the ground floor and first floor, a great common balcony and another sitting area with a fireplace right on the riverside, all well furnished. Breakfast was also great. This place has great value for money(100 gel a night for twin room with mountain view including breakfast). Its about 800 meters from the center(where buses stop), a 10 minute walk. The place is run by a lovely Russian lady, but her English is very limited, we had to resort to Google Translate occasionally. Like other reviews said, they didn't provide all toiletries, either carry your own or buy what you need from the store right across the road.(We had toiletries promptly stole from our hotel in Tbilisi before coming here :)
